The RSM Erasmus University offers an International Full-time MBA, Part-time Executive MBA and Global Executive OneMBA.
Each MBA programme at RSM requires participants to take part in an intensive Personal Leadership Development process as part of the curriculum, the focus of which is on the realisation of significant personal behavioural understanding and change. During the process, individuals are challenged to reflect upon their ability to manage both themselves and others in an international and complex environment. Following such reflection, achieved through a variety of methods that include mentoring by women leaders from the public and private sectors as well as investigations into ones social networking abilities, members of the programmes develop themselves as managers and leaders far beyond the traditional content elements prevalent on most competitor MBA programmes.

Executive MBA Programme (EMBA), part-time
The part-time weekend Executive MBA Programme, which begins in January every year, is designed for working professionals aiming to further develop their cross-functional capabilities and improve their business skills. Classes are held on Friday evenings and Saturdays every other week and include study trips abroad to leading partner business schools. Elective courses offer the unique possibility of the look in-depth in strategy, marketing and finance. Candidates will benefit from the academic rigor of a general management programme with an emphasis on examining the key drivers that transform our fast-moving business environment.
Global Executive OneMBA Programme, modular
The Global Executive OneMBA Program is a 21-month modular executive MBA Program at the RSM Erasmus University. The program is designed for executives with extensive managerial experience aiming to accelerate their careers in a global setting. The OneMBA is a collaborative partnership of five top-ranked business schools, distinguished by its span of business cultures in Asia, Europe and North and South America. The program offers a unique combination of the best practices to an international education through a globally relevant, yet locally sensitive curriculum.
International Full-time MBA Programme
The International Full-time MBA programme provides you with functional strengths in international finance, strategy and marketing.
